How can I find my photos?
Using the link provided, enter the password provided by Elizabeth Chambers Photography or your event coordinator. An ECP Client issued password is required to view images. Register for a free account to access your order history, save your Shopping Cart and favorites, and checkout faster in the future.
If you already registered please type your e-mail and password. If you are still unable to find your event or photos online, please contact us at [email protected]
Can I have pictures removed from the gallery?
Yes. Please contact us via email with the image reference number and we can remove it for you. Please allow 24 hrs for this transaction to complete.
How do I order a photo?
Once you find your photo, you can order easily by clicking on the thumbnail-size proof. Select the shopping cart and print size and quantity for that particular image. Choose your product and add it to the shopping cart; complete your transaction via the prompts or continue shopping.
When should I receive my photo order?
Prints are normally shipped within 7 business days of receipt. For larger print(s) and larger orders please allow 10-14 business days. Albums are normally shipped within 6-8 weeks of receipt of the final approval. Formal purchase order approval is required for all album purchases.
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
Please contact the Elizabeth Chambers Photography or your event coordinator. Our contact information is located at the bottom of the product offering and the proof page.
What if the image on your monitor appears to be too light or too dark?
Your monitor may show a different lightness or darkness than the actual original image. All images are individually corrected by a quality control expert before your photo products are made.
Is there a difference in the quality of proof images and the final photo products?
Yes, the proof images are of low resolution and have not been corrected of color and density. The final products are printed at much higher resolution and are corrected individually for color and density.
How will the photograph be cropped in the final print products?
The cropping varies on different print sizes. Cropping may be slightly different from the proof size image.
How do you protect my personal and credit card information?
We use standard industry security practices to protect your personal information including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) transmission technology for all sensitive information exchanges. Your information is encrypted to prevent unauthorized use. We are also in compliance with payment card industry standards.
How do I obtain permission to use photos for editorial or advertising purposes?
All images are copyright protected. Please consult your event agreement or Elizabeth Chambers Photography to obtain permission to use the photos.
Can I make copies of my prints or use the images online?
To make copies legally, you must obtain permission from Elizabeth Chambers Photography.
All photographs and images are copyrighted, and it is illegal to reproduce them. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, retransmit, download or publish any of these copyrighted images without the written consent from Elizabeth Chambers Photography.
